"Play" was the album that made sure Moby was a top 40 household name. It's not the album I would have picked, and it's often more gimmicky than his previous releases. Indeed, the first singles are large samples of gospel songs laid over a beat.

And while it's simple, and gimmicky... for a long weekend where I know I'll be outdoors with friends and the sun? It's just perfect.
